No priming needed only when used with fabric surfaces.
Paint on applications.
Only 1 coat needed, drying time 30 minutes with a fan. Best applied with a  9" nap paint roller. Do not used with foam  paint rollers paint rollers!
Can be sprayed on using a paint sprayer.

Clean up:
Wash off with warm water and mild soaps.
